Environmental conservation is important for many reasons, including protecting the ozone layer, maintaining animal and human food chains, preserving potable water and making efficient use of non-renewable resources. Also, it helps in preventing natural calamities like floods, fires, new deserts and drought. People of rural areas are unaware of these concepts due to lack of literacy. Thus, they knowingly or unknowingly damage the environment by cutting down trees etc. Our organization makes individuals aware on the importance of conserving our environment to help our and future generations to live happily. We conduct awareness camps, street plays, mimes etc to serve the purpose. Your contribution will help us to educate 6 individuals to attend camp. Trainer’s honorarium – Rs. 2,000 Training material (Rs. 80 x 20 trainees) – Rs. 1,600 Rent of training center – Rs. 200 Refreshments (Rs. 200 x 20 trainees) - Rs. 4,000 Total Cost – Rs. 7,800 (to train 20 trainees for 1 day) Cost to train one individual for 1 day – Rs. 390 Cost to train 5 individuals for 1 day – Rs. 1,950
